Yellow Maize
Maize , also known as corn , is a cereal grain . Sugar – rich varieties called sweet corn are usually grown for human consumption as kernels , while field corn varieties are used for animal feed.
White Maize
White Maize is flour ( or Corn Meal as is referred to ) which is quite similar to corn flour , is a cereal grain.the former is Yellow and the latter is pure white .
Maize Silage
Corn silage is a roughly 50:50 blend of grass stem and leaves to grain.
Rice Bran
Rice bran is the brown outer layer of the rice kernel , mainly composed of the pericarp , aleurone , seed coat , and germ . It contains 50 % carbohydrates ( mainly starch ) , 20 % fat , 15 % protein , and 15 % dietary fiber .
Wheat Bran
Wheat bran is one of three layers of the wheat kernel . It’s stripped away during the milling process . It contains much of the vitamins and protein of the wheat grain . Wheat bran is very palatable and can be fed to pigs , poultry , cattle , sheep , and horses .
Wheat Straw
Wheat straw is the stalk left over after wheat grains are harvested .
Soybean Meal
Soybean meal is used in animal feeds, principally as a protein supplement, soybean meal is often recommended for use in starter rations when creep feeding lambs.
